Hmm.. Looks a little spammy to me. It's in the wrong section for starters. Also, 3GP? What world do you live in? Since when is that great default settings for computers. If you didn't have any third-party software for playing media (E.G VLC) You'd be screwed.
I'm not that interested in downloading this software, so could somebody tell me the default size output of a conversion?

3gp is actually standard quicktime video, any video phones that don't work with MP4 for whatever reason accept 3GP videos

They're also a lot smaller than MP4 files on a minutes/mb ratio, which is why they're used

Phones play nice with 3GP, but he mentioned computers. They're smaller due to the crappy quality.

Edit: There is no legal way to remove DRM. The DMCA (?) says that trying to break copyright is illegal.
