The law.. has failed again!? - Drumm - 09-11-2011

This story does bring a tear to my eye. An innocent guy spends time behind bars, and is then charged EUR20K in "damages" They claim he is some kind of warez king, be even offered to comply with takedown's. Dumbass judges who don't know shit about torrenting are to blame about this.
  • He didn't pirate content.
  • He didn't host pirated content
  • All links were hosted on 3rd party sites
This guy is not in the wrong, He has a paypal donate fund, but EUR20K is unlikely in such short time.

I think the best thing to do is get as many people as possible using torrents, the more the merrier and eventually company well be forced to adapt or evolve.
i show everyone how to use them.

The thing they don't understand is that torrents aren't illegal, just because he has the word torrent in his domains doesn't mean he's providing / hosting / approving illegal content. People will be using his search site for finding illegal torrents but he shouldn't be punished for this.
