I had my mono bluetooth headset setup within 5 minutes on my jailbroken iPhone to play everything trough it rather than the phone with the help of Bluetooth Mono SBSettings from Cydia.

My work iPhone isn't jailbroken :cry

I'd be very surprised but was wondering if anyones used / come across a similar app for a non-jailbroken iPhone.

Realised that Apple are too tight yet? Why couldn't you get away with Jail breaking your work iPhone?
