I am not really sure. I think I have narrowed it down to two possibilities. It is either a dude whose penis has been absorbed by that grotesque bubble, or it is some kind of mutant female whose vagina has gone inside out.
I can't believe I am saying this, but I believe I need to hear what Meatloaf's official opinion on this is. He is somehow qualified to solve the mystery.
