It works on all models i think except any touchscreens.

Depends on the model, it has service tests among other things but service tests is the only one you can use on my model (w580i) you can test the vibrator, radio, display, camera, speaker, microphone etc so if you have a fault then it can be checked to see if it is this etc...
I just tested it on my W580i, got some cool stuff to mess with peoples lol
