Just out of interest, what are people's favourite cheeses? Mine is DEFINITELY Emmental

Frankly, I am a little confused why we have a food section. With that being said my preference is Extra Sharp Cheddar.

We have it for the sake of having it :p

Also, with a few recipes we're getting put up here eventually we'll be reaching out to a (slightly) larger audience

I thought we'd have some people who only tried one thing... Have you ever tried Goat's cheese or Stilton? (both are surprisingly nice)

I've tried and they're disgusting as well as smelling like "cheese" or rather just mold.

They're nice in a thin layer on crackers Though in honesty I'm yet to find anything nicer in a toastie than Cathedral City
