SONY have done it and beat Wii by 100x. Sadly PS3 has no market for such technology though. Microsoft are working on it. The Wii has lost out this gen now due to lack of mobility. It's all 3DS in their camp now
I never liked the Wii, gaming is suppose to be gaming not exercise.
