Can a wireless mouse connect through a WAN card rather than the dongle?
#1

Bluetooth, one can use the USB adapter or one's own bluetooth card. Can wireless RF devices, such as a mouse be done the same way, or are they different to the 802 standards.

I haven't looked into this, though I deem it perfectly possible, however would you reeeally want to dedicate your card to the mouse? It would mean no Wireless networking...
(unless you have a clever card)

I dunno about rather than using the default stuff. But I'd bet on there being one that could be bought specifically for this sort of thing.
