HI...
Just follow the Tips and stay healthy and fit...
1. Eat mostly plants.
2. Put family first.
3. Take a walk.
4. Drink a glass of red wine daily.
5. Reduce and manage stress.
6. Have a purpose.
7. Get outdoors.
8. Be grateful.
9. Have fun.
10. Maintain a healthy body weight

Also. Rule #2 is a load of shit. As is Rule #4. Most nutritional facts are relative to only a single person. As we're all wired differently. When Dad used to research nutrition (He was kind of my Personal Manager) He would find 3 pieces of information all contradicting each other. As every test returns different results.

I think the entire post is just a troll, maybe someone now has 3 accounts.

2. Put family first. < Irrelevant to physical fitness.

I can see validity in number 2. My buddy "Jeff" was cheating on his wife. Another way of saying he was not putting his family first. He unwisely chose not to wear a condom when he was having sexual relations. He ended up with gonorrhea, that he brought home and gave to his wife. His physical fitness (and his ability to urinate without pain) were affected directly by him making his family his second priority.
