Dam that's good. I can do like three quarters of what you can do and that's pushing it. I'm weak lol

I shouldn't of taken the last 3 months off. I'll start again.. promise.
12 weeks until the end of the year, lets drop my max down to say 60 to be on the safe side so there's a gap of 40KG to be had so say 3.5KG a week, 3 days a week 1.2 say KG a session then I should be able to max rep 100.
