Loosing weight quickly isn't wise. Its best to loose 1-2lbs a week and its more likely to stay off.No sugar and low carbs seems to work best for me. Drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks and fruit cordials. Take smaller portions of the food that you enjoy. Avoid a second helping at dinner.

Yeah of course the fast weight loss through the medication and steroids is not a healthy way for the weight control. It can cause various adverse effects for the health.
The moderate weight loss through the proper exercise and diet control is the best technique for the natural weight control.
