Yoga for stress
Yoga is highly recommended by the doctors and spiritual scholars too.
Its the best remedy to save your self from stress and anxiety.
If you feel that you are suffering from these manic diseases then you must do this exercise. Yoga poses are good exercise and can help loosen up the tense muscles in your body. Any experience you have, share it.

Practicing yoga keeps our body strong, as it involves all the muscles in your body to hold and balance by doing yoga poses(called asanas). The various yoga postures strengthen our feet, legs, hands, abdominal, lower back, legs, and shoulders.
