I have a problem my 50 posts are completed but still i can not access to the market place section

Try now, you should be able to. The way it works is off a feature called group promotions the first group I've set kicks in at 50 posts (you need to log out and back in) and it automatically promotes you to the new group which gives you a lot more features and permissions. Also Congrats.
